2. What data we collect, and why
Audience measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used: pages viewed, time spent, device and browser type, approximate location. IP addresses are anonymised. This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. It is retained for 14 months. You can opt out at any time, see section 3.
Contact
When you write to us by email, we keep your name, email address and message for as long as needed to answer you and follow up on our exchange, and for at most three years after our last contact. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Technical logs
Our hosting provider records connection logs (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser) for the security and proper functioning of the website. They are kept for at most twelve months. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising, and the website has no user accounts, comments or newsletter.
3. Cookies
Google Analytics places two cookies on your device: _ga and _ga_Q6QCSQ7DTC, which hold a random identifier used to tell visits apart. They last two years. To opt out, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. The website places no other cookie.
4. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also set instructions for the fate of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@zone-studio.fr or to the postal address above. We may ask you to confirm your identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
